Buyer's Agreement

The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold Dawn's Gift Sets LLC (Dawn's Defense) not responsible for any & all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, and use of the item in compliance or violation of federal state and local laws or regulations. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the use and misuse of the products purchased.

By purchasing a self-defense device, including a stun gun or taser from Dawn's Gift Sets LLC (Dawn's Defense), the buyer is aware and warrants that he/she is in compliance with all of the applicable federal, state, and local laws, regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the items.
