Refund policy

Due to COVID-19, all sales are FINAL.

For self-defense items, you have 48 hours; after delivery, to report defective or incorrect merchandise. Please contact Dawn's immediately with any concerns and send video/photo evidence within that 48-hour window to receive a replacement. Defective merchandise, due to factory or vendor negligence, is eligible for exchange or store credit only at this time. Merchandise damaged from customer negligence can not be exchanged or returned at any time. Due to COVID-19 all sales are final.
