Shipping policy

Orders for self defence items are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Local delivery orders can/will be delivered during Dawns businnes hours which include nights and weekends. Self defense items can be shipped out as early as the next business day. Packages are typically delivered by USPS. Please note that shipping delays have occured with the spread of COVID-19. Orders can be delivered as soon as 3-5 business days, but ultimately, delivery times can be extended up to 14 business days. Please enure that your shipping/delivery address is correct. Dawn's Gift Sets is not responsible for late, lost, or stolen packages. 

Custom basket orders, depending on size and demand, can take up to 14 days to process. Baskets that can be shipped will be shipped by USPS and can be delivered within 3-5 business days, but ultimately, delivery times can be extended up to 14 business days. Depending on the circumstances; Dawns recommends expidted shipping on basket orders that are needed by a certain date. Please enure that your shipping/delivery address is correct.
